Lu Lei, the partner of Jiangsu Manxiu law firm, obtained LLB from China University of Political Science and Law and LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science, has 12 years of work experience until now(2020), and is able to work in both Chinese and English. She focuses on Foreign Direct Investment in China, cross-border Merger & Acquisition, Financial and Investment, and has extensive experience in business dispute resolution.

Acquisition of a French automotive manufacturing company by a Chinese company, as lead lawyer of the French company; 

Successfully handled the disputes between a US enterprise and a Chinese company concerning international sales of goods, as the attorney representing the US enterprise.

Successfully handled the disputes between an Iranian company and Chinese company concerning commission, as the attorney representing the Chinese enterprise.
