As a lawyer of the Chinses side, he provided legal services for wuxi district-level government platform company to set up overseas company(2016 );

As the person in charge, he successfully established Jiangsu One Belt And One Road (Cambodia) Consulting Investment Co., Ltd. in Cambodia (2016）;

As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, he assisted client in establishing a Sino-German joint venture LaminaHeat (Wuxi) Technology Co. Ltd. Enterprise (2018-2019);
