Qualified as a Chinese lawyer in 1992, Jun Feng specializes in corporate matters, with extensive experience of shareholding arrangements and issues relating to corporate restructure, merger and acquisition as well as protection of shareholder’s rights. He is also experienced in both litigation and arbitration. He has handled numerous disputes arising out of corporate, securities, future, contract, real estate and foreign investment. 

Jun Feng was educated at the Law School of the University of Suzhou. After working as a clerk in the Wuxi Intermediate People’s Court for two years, he moved on to do LLM study at the Law School of the University of Nanjing, with securities and corporate law being his core research areas. And he finished LLM from University of Canberra in 2004. He provided legal service for a wide range of clients including large state-owned enterprises, private limited companies and foreign investment enterprises.

Jun Feng is also an active academic researcher in the field of corporate and securities law.  He has published several papers on various first-class national legal journals.

Recent experiences include:

•acting as the legal counsel of the non-holding shareholders of a famous local property development company in its action against the holding shareholder in relation to linked transactions (the first linked transaction tort lawsuit in the State);

•advising a well-known German Company on acquiring the shares of a Sino-foreign Equity Joint Venture; and

•
