Background Introduction: 

    Graduated from China University of Political Science&Law and earned bachelor degree. Finished postgraduate courses in East China University of Political Science &Law. Partner Hua graduated from the university in 1996 and had passed CET6. After graduation, he worked on legal affairs in the law department in the branch of ICBC in Wuxi. He had worked on various legal affairs concerning letter of credit, international financing and foreign exchange management. He joined JHR Law Firm from 1999 till now. He is now senior partner of the firm as well as the vice director of the firm. He possesses professional knowledge well and in-depth skills in English negotiation. He has accumulated both abundant theoretical and practical experiences in the filed of Security and Finance, Corporation Establishment, Assets Reorganization, Foreign-related Legal Affairs and Real Estates. He serves as chief perennial legal consultant of the biggest information industry enterprise wholly foreign-owned in Jiangsu. He had once agented the first international arbitration in Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in Wuxi. In 2004, he studied shortly in the University of Hong Kong under the selection of Jiangsu Justice Department. From October to December in 2008, he held the post of visiting scholar in the University of Maryland and ILI (International Law Institution) under the selection of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice and the Economic and Trade Office of Jiangsu Province, trained and studied on conflicts in international trading and related protection actions. He is capable of conducting commercial negotiations with foreign investors using proficient English, offering legal service to more than ten foreign-invested enterprises. He was appraised as ‘Outstanding Lawyers from 2011 to 2013’ by Wuxi Justice Bureau and Wuxi Lawyers Association in Nov. in 2014.
