The Resume of Lawyer Qian Liang

Qian Liang, the partner and director of Jiangsu Chuqian law firm, obtained LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law and LLM from Suzhou University, has 23 years of work experience until now(2020), and is able to work in both Chinese and English; he focuses on China's domestic and cross-border investment & reorganization and business dispute resolution, and the team led by him is composed of professional lawyer concerning intellectual property rights, environmental compliance, labor compliance and internal control risk compliance.

1. Representative Project

As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, he successfully handled the international arbitration cases concerning the reorganization of equity and intellectual property rights between Chinese (mainland and Hong Kong) companies and American companies（CIETAC046975/2018）（2018-2019）；

As the lead lawyer of the international lawyer team, he provided one-stop legal services concerning laws of PRC and Danish to Weifu High-technology Group Co., Ltd for the Danish IRD A/S acquisition project（2018-2019）;

As the sponsor lawyer, he provided legal services concerning foreign affairs for the cross-border transaction project of the e-ka-32a11bc helicopter to a listed company in China（2016）；

As the sponsor attorney, he provided foreign legal services to a Hong Kong company for the project concerning the acquisition of an energy fund based in the United States through equity merger and acquisition（2016）；

As the lead lawyer of the international lawyer team, he provided foreign legal services to a company in Wuxi Huishan District for the construction and financing project of a steel plant in Republic of Bashkir, Russia（2015-2017）; 

As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, he successfully handled the negotiation, transaction document signing and delivery of the cross-border (Chinese and American) restructuring project involving the safety instrument industry（2012-2013）；

As the trial attorney representing Chinese enterprises, he successfully handled the international arbitration case no. 16746 (an international trade dispute between a Chinese enterprise and a Spanish enterprise) in the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center in Paris (2010).
