Resume of Sandy Wang

Ms. Sandy Wang has been practicing as a lawyer for nearly 20 years. Her practice

areas are mainly the establishment and operation of foreign-invested enterprises, the acquisition of domestic equity or assets. Sandy Wang has been a long-term legal adviser to dozens of large and medium-sized state-owned groups, Sino-foreign joint ventures and private enterprises in Wuxi. Her business areas include general aircraft R&D, certification, manufacturing industry, semiconductor packaging and testing industry, lithium battery materials and R&D, real estate Development and leasing industries.

Representative Projects

1). Acted as legal advisor to the establishment and subsequent operation of the joint venture company for the Dornier Seawing Amphibious Aircraft Project;

2). Acted as legal counsel for the acquisition of 85% of a German Aircraft Research and Development Company by Dornier Seawing Aircraft Company;

3). Acted as legal advisor to the establishment of the joint venture of Hitech's 12-inch large-scale integrated circuit packaging and testing process service project and its subsequent operations;

4). Acted as legal adviser for the establishment of a joint venture company and its 

subsequent operations of the lithium battery Wuxi project of Amprius; 

5). Served as the legal counsel for the reconstruction project of Wuxi Railway Station North Square transportation hub project and its commercial real estate development, subsequent investment and operation projects;

6). Acted as the legal adviser to Wuxi Communication Industry Group on the acquisition of the Wuxi Kowloon Public Transport equity project held by Hong Kong Kowloon Company;

  7). Acted as legal advisor to the French shareholder of ANDRITZ Textile Machinery Company on the transfer of its 100% equity to the Austrian shareholder;
