2. Provided full-course legal service for the establishment of a joint venture between ※※※※ pharmaceutical company fin the US and ※※※※ company in Jiangsu. The transaction scale of this case is USD12 million.

3. Issued a written legal opinions on an export contract valued at USD500,000,000 for Wuxi ※※※※ Solar company. The transaction scale of this case is USD500 million.

4. In 2015, lawyer Chen provided special legal counseling service for private placement of Beijing ※※※※ company including issuance of legal opinions on due diligence investigation, private placement of shares, and acquisition report. The project raised a fund of RMB179 million. 

5. In 2016, lawyer Chen issued compliant legal opinions and provided special legal counseling service to Shanghai ※※※※ company. The written legal opinions are approved upon one-time examination of Asset Management Association of China. 

6. In 2017, lawyer Chen issued legal opinions on due diligence investigation 

for ※※※※ investment company's buying RMB3000 million shares of ※※※※ new-energy investment company limited. In October 2017, ※※※※ investment company successfully became a shareholder of ※※※※ new energy investment company limited and Hong Kong ※※※※ company,※※※※’s parent company published the transaction announcement. 

7. Wuxi ※※※※ Technology Co., Ltd. vs Wuxi ※※※※ Technology Co., Ltd. over technology transfer contract dispute. In 2017, lawyer Chen took charge of the case and the court of first instance overruled all complaint claims of ※※※※ company. The case was awarded as Excellent IPR Case by Wuxi Lawyers Forum hosted by Wuxi Lawyers Association. 

8. Complete equipment sales contract dispute between Wuxi ※※※※environmental technology 

company limited (Applicant) and ※※※※ chemical company from the USA (Respondent) Lawyer Chen won the trade arbitration of this case.

Professional Academic

1. As Country Coordinator for Israel designated by ACLA, he took part in the project of legal environment report on countries along the route of One Belt and One Road Initiative and wrote legal 

environment report on Israel. In 2018, he was dispatched by ACLA to Israel to communicate with the Israel Bar Association and mainstream Israeli law firms on their membership in BRILA and achieved phased results. 

2. In 2017, lawyer Chen took an active part in the research project of foreign-related legal service of Jiangsu province initiated by Jiangsu Bar Association and prepared 2017 Research Report on Foreign-related Legal Service of Jiangsu Province as chief writer. 

3.2In 2019, lawyer Chen was entrusted by Jiangsu Bar Association to lead the project of "Research on the Legal Governance Needs of Chinese-funded Enterprises in the Middle and East Europe and prepared the Research Report on the Legal Governance Needs of Chinese-funded Enterprises in 

the Middle and East Europe as chief writer. 

4.In 2015, he gave lectures to cadres of Wuxi tax bureaus on municipal and district levels on Settlement of Tax Disputes after Implementation of New Administrative Procedure Law. 

5.In 2012, according to the requirements made by State Tax Administration to Peking University Fiscal Law Research Center, he participated in the research on "determination of non-profit organization" modified by Administration of Tax Collection and independently took charge of research on such legislation and practice in US tax laws.
