•  Since 1990, he has worked as a full-time lawyer, mainly engaged in securities listing, corporate mergers, project financing, information network and other legal services. He has served as a special legal consultant for more than 200 Chinese and foreign enterprises for restructuring and mergers and acquisitions financing, and for the Office Building project of Shanghai People’s Government, China's first Chinese-funded financial institution's mortgage loan business, China's largest joint venture project, the first RMB business of foreign banks, the first foreign-funded corporate banks to issue RMB bonds, BAOSTEEL, ANSTEEL, China’s 2010 Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai Disney and other national major projects. In 1997, he worked as a Chinese legal consultant in an internationally renowned law firm.
