Summary

•  Ms. Yuhua YANG graduated from Peking University with an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.  She received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from Wharton School in 2006. 

Experience 

•  Having studied at top tier law schools in both China and the USA, as well as her international vision and experience, Ms. Yang has been focusing on cross-border international practice, serving both Chinese and foreign clients in fields as diverse as capital markets and corporate finance, M&A, foreign inbound investment, Chinese companies’ outbound investment, international trade, private equity and venture capital, IP rights, compliance and data protection, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy, and dispute resolutions with international elements. She was recommended by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017.

•  Her work has been greatly appreciated by clients particularly with regard to her practical and constructive advice in structuring complex transactions, the efficient and effective handling of voluminous transaction documents, her full competence in painstaking negotiations in English, and the provision of value-added services to both Chinese and foreign clients in cross-border business matters. Ms. Yang is qualified to serve on the board of listed company as non-executive independent director, and she serves EU SME Centre as a Legal Expert. She is also listed on the panel of legal experts experienced in international legal practice which is recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.
