Robin has more than 10 years of experience as partner/senior consultant in various leading Chinese law firms and specializes in cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. In particular, he assists both local and international clients in private M＆A, public takeovers, project development and general commercial. In addition， Robin has years of experience in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. He holds an LL. B. degree from King＇s College London, UK and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar. Robin recently co-authored an article entitled＂Cambodia and Myanmar to ride the ‘Belt and Road ’ wave＂ in the Asia Business Law Journal.
