Mr. Wang studied law in many universities and interned at foreign law firms. He has published many professional papers concerning international trade dispute resolution, cross-board investment and M&A, WTO dispute settlement mechanism, the US litigation system, etc. His article written in English was included in Cross-border Merger & Acquisition in China published by LexisNexis.

Representative Projects

•  Act as the legal counsel for Wuxi Communications Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. On its acquisition of Huaren Group, a construction company with Extra Grade Construction Qualification;

•  Act as the legal counsel for Wuxi Industry Development Group Co., Ltd on issuing $300 million overseas bonds; 

•  Entrusted by Wuxi Municipal Government to conduct an independent investigation and settle successfully a government-related dispute;

•  Act as Chinese legal counsel for the Chinese Party in Chenhwat v. Prestige, a lawsuit with a huge claim in California, the US; 

•  Act as the legal counsel for the seller in the sale of the controlling interest in Wuxi Deli Hydraulics Co., Ltd;

•  Act as the legal counsel for the Chinese shareholder of Wuxi HuaNeng Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd in acquiring shareholding of Seves, a Swiss Company, in a Joint Venture;

•  Act as the legal counsel for Zhanghua Medical Equipment Co., Ltd in sale of shareholding in a Joint Venture to Chameleon Technology, a UK company;

•  Act as the legal counsel for WSP Houston OCTG in the sale of American plants to SMI Oil Field Services, Inc.;

•  Act as the legal counsel for the Chinese party in a hybrid acquisition of the share and assets of Wuxi Jinyang Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. by Viega, a German company;

•  Act as the legal counsel of Tata Group in their sale of a Chinese steel plant.
