Zhengning Dong, Director of Commercial Department of Jiangsu Xun'an Law Firm, with bachelor degree from East China University of Science and Technology and master degree from the University of St. Andrews, UK. With many years of experience in the business world, he joined Jiangsu Xun’an Law Firm in 2015 and is bilingual in English and Chinese. He is specialized in commercial investments within China and across borders, drafting and review of commercial contracts, as well as foreign-related litigation and commercial arbitration.

1. Representative project

Successfully represented Hong Kong investors in a structured private equity fund investment contract dispute before the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SIETAC), recovering economic losses for the Hong Kong investors.

As an investment consultant for a US multinational company, was involved in business negotiations between the company and a state-owned group company in Wuxi, and facilitated the establishment of a joint investment in a high-tech project company.

As a lawyer entrusted by a Chinese company, participated in business negotiations and helped the Chinese company obtain the exclusive regional distribution rights in China for the patented technology and products of an Israeli high-tech company.
