Qian Chenjie（Ronaldo Jay）, partner of Jiangsu Fadedongheng Law Firm (Wuxi Office ), obtained LLB from Nanjing University, is skilled to work in Chinese and English, holds Legal English Certificate, once ranked as one of the four prospective cross-border business lawyers in East China offices of an international law firm. He focuses on cross-border investment project and trade dispute resolution，recently devotes to practices in transactions and lawsuits involving IP (IT ,franchise, merchandise) and sports entertainment issues. 1.Representative Project

As the barrister for the domestic plaintiff, he successfully handled the litigation between a domestic Telecom operator and a HK public listed TT giant, relieved the operator from the balance payment obligation and won award of compensation while the counter-claims were totally dismissed. (2018-2020, the second instance is under processing in the Supreme Court of PRC.) 

As the barrister for the foreign side, he successfully handled the labor litigations between a cross-border corporation, its domestic affiliates and a few Chinese construction units arising from an overseas infrastructure construction, resulting to Chinese side’s withdraw or hugely-compromised settlement(2019-2020); 

As the leading attorney of the foreign side, he successfully handled an investigation and accusation representing a HK trade company and its foreign management, resulting to complete reimbursement and compensation from a cheating suspect (2017-2018);

As the consultant of the foreign side, he coordinated with Canadian professionals to support a Canadian public listed company and its overseas/domestic affiliates and sub-affiliates in its millions-worthy transaction with a Chinese IT company on an E-commerce platform R&D project and further advised on the acquisition of IP and revenue management thereof（2016-2017）；

As the consultant of the domestic side，he provided legal opinion and advice to a domestic organization on its international cooperation projects in the fields of youngster footballer overseas training，culture and art，overseas education（2014-2018）；   

As the attorney of the domestic applicant，represented a HK-funded entertainment company in the arbitration of CIETAC(Shanghai) against a large real estate development company on a millions-worthy commercial real estate dispute concerning franchising and merchandising right of a famous USA movie producer company，resulting to satisfactory settlement through negotiation with and evidence disclosure from the movie producer(2011-2012).
