Xiaofei Zhang, lawyer of Jiangsu Binjiang Law Firm,  obtained LLB from Yantai University Law School, has 8 years of law practicing experience until now(2020), and is able to work in both Chinese and English; she focuses on China's domestic and cross-border investment & reorganization and business dispute resolution, and daily legal services for foreign investment enterprises.

To assist local taiwan-funded enterprises in handling small-sum loan disputes between companies in Hong Kong and companies in mainland China, in order to avoid high judicial costs, the dispute over the small amount of money was settled by means of a joint letter from Hong Kong lawyers and negotiation with the defaulting parties;

As the lawyer of an auto-parts company German senior management, negotiate with the Enterprise about Labor remuneration and business competitive restrictions；

To assist a man-made lawn enterprise in Jiangyin to "go out" , providing pre-legal consultation, financing consultation, investment filing and post-legal communication with foreign counterparts to deal with legal issues
