Zhang Yili, senior associate of Jiangsu Yunya law firm, obtained LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law with major of international economic law, has 8 years of work experience until now(2020), and is able to work in both Chinese and English. 

Ms Zhang specializes in merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment, and general corporate. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in providing legal services to domestic and foreign enterprises on their investments in China for a wide range of industries, including energy, automobile, finance, logistics and transportation.  She has advised the clients on a diverse range of matters including joint ventures, merger and acquisition, private equity and general corporate matters. 2. As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, she finishes internal share restructuring of foreign direct investment enterprise with its shareholder in United States of America, and the total amount exceeds RMB 80,000,000 (2019);

3. Issue legal opinion of domestic lending secured by overseas guarantee project regarding HK real estate listed group (2019);

4. As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, she successfully handled the merge and acquisition cases of wholly owned enterprises in Wuxi and Beijing with its shareholder in Japan (2018)；

5. Provide legal services in English regarding the customs transfer price of a wholly owned enterprise in Wuxi with its shareholder in United States of America (2018);

6. Finish establishment project of a wholly owned enterprise in Wuxi with its shareholder in Holland (2018);

7. Finish establishment project of a wholly owned enterprise in Wuxi with its shareholder in Japan (2017);

8. Provide legal services of amendment of AoA, change of business scope of a wholly owned enterprise in Wuxi with its shareholder in United States of America (2017);

9. As the lead lawyer of the Chinese side, she finishes four acquisition projects in China representing the India Group, and the total amount exceeds RMB 300,000,000 (2016).
