Ms. CHEN Yujia is leader of Jiangsu Yunya Law Firm international legal service department. She is the member of the International Business Committee of Wuxi Lawyers Association and awarded the title of Excellent Individual Member of Wuxi Lawyers Association in 2018 and 2019. She was selected into the second level of Famous and Excellent Lawyers of Wuxi City (Outstanding Backbone Lawyers) (Foreign-related). Ms. Chen Yujia is one member of Asian-Australian Lawyers Association.

Ms. CHEN Yujia specializes in contract-related and foreign-related legal services. She has extensive experience in providing legal services on contract drafting and negotiation in English, international technology import and cooperation, cross-border investment (ODI, FDI and M&A), cross-border litigation and arbitration, etc.

From April to June in 2018, Ms. CHEN Yujia attended a legal training program sponsored by Jiangsu Lawyers Association, where was mainly located at University of Victoria, and then had a chance to work with other Australian lawyers in Hunt & Hunt Lawyers.

From May to July in 2020, Ms. CHEN Yujia participated in the "Pilot Program" Training Camp for foreign-related lawyers organized by Shanghai Bar Association and US-China Legal Exchange Foundation and was awarded the cum laude.

Academic achievements:

Enterprise Construction of Anti-Corruption Compliance Management under the Background of “the Belt and the Road” was included in the “Collection of Essays on Chinese Enterprises “Going Global” Compliance Theory and Practice” and was awarded the third prize of WUXI Lawyers forum.

Legal service on “Introduction of German medical equipment technology and transfer of production line by a Wuxi medical system company” and “Global acquisition of a part of a German company (cross-border asset acquisition)” were awarded as outstanding cases of Wuxi in 2018 by Wuxi Lawyers Association.
