Xu Chenting, the lawyer of LEXIANCE  PARTNERS （ WUXI ）, obtained LLB from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and LLM from Hehai University.Since she became a lawyer, she has been focusing on the legal services in the field of foreign commercial affairs.With the launch of the One Belt And One Road initiative, lawyer Xu Chenting started to serve enterprises that are interested in investing in Southeast Asian countries and regions.At present, she has assisted many entrepreneurs and several enterprises to invest in Thailand,and has maintained active and smooth communication with Thailand Investment Promotion Board, assisted Chinese investment enterprises to apply for BOI certificate and enjoy preferential policies.

1.Representative foreign-related legal services

  Since 2014, served as legal counsel of RNG Global Energy Limited,mainly dealing with legal affairs in China, Hong Kong and Japan.Since 2018, as the legal counsel of RNG Global Energy Limited,she has been fully involved in the company's investment project in Huishan Economic Development Zone,from the preliminary investigation, business negotiation to the project finally settled in Huishan Economic development zone.The project has been highly valued by huishan government and huishan Economic development Zone leaders, and has been listed as a key project of Wuxi.

In 2018, she began to research the investment policies of Thailand.Then she assisted and accompanied entrepreneurs to invest in Thailand, actively contacted Thailand Investment Promotion Council, consulted and inspected BOI policies, and designed investment plans for investors.So far, she has helped investors set up Fix Star Energy Company Limited in Thailand and bought land in Rayong, Thailand.Although affected by the outbreak, the project has been carried out in an orderly manner.Lawyer Xu Chenting participated in the whole process of project investigation, negotiation, document drafting and other land purchase matters. In addition, she assisted entrepreneurs to purchase factories and office buildings in Bangna District of Bangkok for direct investment and production.
