Ms. ZHANG Hui was granted Master of Laws (L.L.M) by St. John's University and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) by Chinese Central South University. 

She is vice Chairwoman of Jiangsu Maritime and International Affairs Committee of Jiangsu Province Bar Association and Special Prosecutor of Wuxi Liangxi District Procuratorate.
